How do I get an estimate?
Send a short description, the general location and photos if you have them. We review the request and follow up about scope, access and any measurements or assessment needed.
Can you handle several small jobs together?
You can include a list in your request. We will review each item and confirm which tasks fit the proposed scope.
Do photos mean you can give a final price?
Photos are a helpful starting point. Measurements, surface conditions and an assessment may still be needed before a quote is ready.
What happens if the scope changes?
We discuss the change and record a revised scope and price for approval before changed work goes ahead.
Does a request book an appointment?
No. A request starts a conversation. Pricing, timing and acceptance are confirmed separately.
